Collected: Kamakura "Oriental Gallery" antique store (near the main train station), Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, 11 APR 2024. Note that it's somewhat uncommon to find larger Awaji pieces in Japan (most larger pieces are found outside Japan, as they were intended for export). This is likely a piece that was not intended for export.
Condition: Item is used in good condition commensurate with age, see photos. One kintsugi (gold & lacquer repaired) repaired chip on upper rim of jar piece. Some light surface wear, some surface crazing.
