Subject: For sale is an antique Japanese Igezara ware (or piecrust edge) Yamatoku porcelain transferware plate, decorated with blue and white designs of a landscape scene with Mt. Fuji, crane birds, and pine trees. Likely from the early 1900s. Four character Yamatoku porcelain maker's mark on base. Two stilt marks on base. Plate measures 10 3/4" in diameter and weighs 2 lb 4.3 oz. Item is used in good condition commensurate with age, see photos. Scratches and wear.
