Condition: Item is used in fair condition commensurate with age, see photos. Chip to underside of lid (lid fits a little loosely and probably fell off at some point), and chip to foot. Some light surface wear.
Subject: Painted with designs of birds (sparrows (suzume)) and flowers (cherry blossoms (sakura)), with a folding fan and three ikebana baskets (flower arranging baskets).
