Condition: Item is used in poor condition commensurate with age, see photos. Several cracks repaired with kintsugi (gold joining) style repairs using powdered brass and neo-urushi lacquer.
Subject: With underglaze blue and white (sometsuke) designs of loquat (biwa) leaves, flowers, and fruit. With alternating patterns of folding fans around the inside rim, and tako karakusa (arabesque vines) with birds around the outside rim.
