プロフィール宮川哲爾大正15年 小松市に生まれる。本名哲治。
昭和20年 松本佐吉に指導を受ける。
昭和25年 日展に入選。
昭和27年 日展に入選。
昭和42年 頃より田村耕一に師事。
昭和42年 第14回日本伝統工芸展に初入選、以後入選を重ねる。伝統的な九谷の世界にとどまらず、京焼の雅な味わいを取り入れるなど、茶陶を中心に明快な色絵の世界を展開する。
昭和58年 通産省より伝統工芸士に認定される。
昭和63年 石川県指定無形文化財認定者となる。
Profile
Tetsuji Miyagawa
Born in Komatsu City in 1926. Real name Tetsuji.
In 1945, he was taught by Sakichi Matsumoto.
In 1950, he was selected for the Nitten Exhibition.
In 1952, he was selected for the Nitten Exhibition.
From around 1967, he studied under Koichi Tamura.
In 1967, he was selected for the 14th Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition for the first time, and continued to be selected thereafter. He does not limit himself to the world of traditional Kutani, but also incorporates the elegant taste of Kyoto ware, and develops a clear world of colored paintings, mainly focusing on tea ware.
In 1983, he was certified as a traditional craftsman by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
In 1988, he was certified as an intangible cultural asset designated by Ishikawa Prefecture.
