Condition: Item is used in fair condition commensurate with age, see photos. Handle has crude repair gluing it back in place with some kind of plaster, and a piece of wood (probaby a chopstick) inside the handle to secure it.
Subject: Teapot with unusual brown and black speckled celadon green porcelain (Soma wares tend to be celadon green in color) with design of a horse tied up between two posts (Soma wares also typically have horses in this kind of pose). Handle and spout have a twisted appearance, and lid handle has a pinched appearance.
