Condition: Item is used in good condition commensurate with age, see photos. Some chips and cracks under where the lid sits. Original to manufacture cracks to bottom of jar. Some wear to painted design.
Subject: Decorated with Kiyomizu style painted designs of chrysanthemum (kiku) flowers, with raised relief sculpted designs of peaches (momo) and leaves on the lid handle and on the side handles.
